Pricing and Ordering

How long does it take to get a price quote?

Prices for each bottle, along with shipping costs, are displayed on their respective product pages. If you would like additional information on other O-I offerings, or are interested in larger quantities, please contact us.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).

Are there price breaks for larger orders?

Yes, there are, depending on the size of your order. If you are interested in purchasing large quantities, or if you expect to order multiple pallets on a regular basis, please contact us for bulk rate details.

Why do I need to upload a Resale or Tax Exempt certificate?

To enable the flexibility and speed that O-I On Demand offers, we can currently only sell through the website to customers who have a resale or tax exempt certificate. If you would like to order and do not have a certificate, please contact us.

Do you offer credit terms?

Yes, we do. For details, please contact us.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity. We are happy to fulfill orders as small as a single pallet.

Can I get a sample bottle before placing my order?

Unfortunately, we aren’t currently able to offer samples.

Shipping and Delivery

On average, how long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most orders will be shipped the next business day after they are placed. Orders generally arrive within one to three business days after they’ve shipped.

Where will my bottles ship from?

Bottles ship from Fulton, New York, or Fairfield, California.

What if I need my bottles delivered outside the continental United States?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship bottles outside the 48 contiguous states at this time.

What will my order look like when it arrives?

Each product page has detailed pallet specifications including dimensions, weight, and drawings so you know what to expect.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not.

Can I schedule a delivery time?

While O-I will make every effort to ship your order in as expedient a manner as possible, we are unable to schedule delivery for specific days and times.

Do I need a forklift?

Depending on size of your order, you may need a pallet jack or forklift, as the driver will not have one.

How do you ship the bottles that aren’t in cases?

Bulk shipments will be stretch-wrapped on pallets to ensure their safe delivery.

Can I pick up my order?

No, at this time we do not allow order pick up from our warehouse locations.

Bottle Details

Can I buy clear, green or blue bottles?

At present, all of our bottles are only available in amber, which provides excellent protection from ultraviolet light.

What kinds of finishes do you offer?

Finish options are specific to each bottle, and are displayed on their respective product pages. Our products cover a range of options, including pry-off, cork and cage, and continuous thread finishes.

What size closure does the bottle need?

Closure sizes vary based on the bottle design but follow industry standards. Detailed specifications are available on each product page.

Is the closure included?

No, it is not.

Does O-I On Demand sell closures?

No, we do not.

Can your bottles be cleaned/sanitized for reuse multiple times?

Other than growlers, the bottles offered through O-I On Demand are not designed to be used as refillable containers.

Where are your products made?

O-I has 19 plants in the United States and Canada, and all of the bottles sold through O-I On Demand are made at one of our North American locations.

Is your glass recycled?

Glass is one of the most sustainable packaging materials on the planet, thanks to its pure, natural ingredients and its recyclability. O-I glass bottles can be recycled over and over again into new bottles, and we strive to use as much recycled glass in our manufacturing process as possible. In fact, we are one of the world’s largest users of recycled glass.
